Colour

Bright straw with hints of green.

Nose

Citrus lime with hints of yeastiness.

Palate

Fresh & lively with full rich flavours. Fine bead with a crisp dry finish. A very refreshing wine.

Food Pairings

Use as an aperitif. Lobster dishes.

Vintage Conditions

An early burst of heat at the start of ripening was a wonderful boost for the grapes. They loved it and ripened to develop great and elegant flavours. Vintage came in early but balance, structure and flavour was excellent.
