WHAT IS THE BUSH DEVINE GARDEN ? | Bush Devine is an Indigenous Australian Bush Food Garden located at Paulett Wines in the beautiful Polish Hill River, a sub region of the Clare Valley.
The garden is designed as a sensory garden where people can explore through smell, taste & touch while learning through our interpretive signage and information booklet all about the culinary and medicinal uses of these native plants.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN | A love of food, wine and beautiful settings planted the seed for the garden. Then a passionate lady, Julie Weatherhead, from 'Peppermint Ridge Farm' in Victoria walked in to Cellar Door on holidays, we had a chat, we got excited, 1200 plants later (plus alot of planning, sourcing & sweat) the garden has come to life.
WHAT NEXT | The garden is open 7 days from 10am - 5pm. The garden is free to visit and explore. If you would like more information on the plants & garden there will a booklet that can be purchased in cellar door that will have more detailed information and also recipee's, utilising the packaged bush products that we are aiming to sell.
